Scope of the engagement
Private inquiry and proposal. Scope, participants and terms defined in writing before anything begins.
Household coordination. Separate private records for each participant, coordinated by one concierge so nothing needs re-explaining.
Care at the Wellth Preserve. In-person work takes place at the Preserve — members and their households travel to us, and visits are planned around your calendar.
Companion animals. Naturopathic wellness protocols for the animals in the household, kept alongside the family's own.

Privacy and discretion
Each participant's record is private to them and the clinicians they authorize. Household membership never implies shared visibility. Staff engagements are handled with the same confidentiality as principals'.
Estate is concierge wellness care. It does not diagnose or treat disease, does not replace your physicians, and is not emergency or crisis care.
